Hattiesburg, Mississippi – On Monday, July 1, the City’s Administration provided two draft ordinance presentations to the Hattiesburg City Council for consideration. One proposed an update to the Animal Control Ordinance which has not been updated since 1982 and the creation of the Rental Ordinance. Both draft documents can be downloaded below.

Both of these documents are drafts and are available to download for a period of public comment and feedback. To make a comment or provide feedback, please see the contact information below each download link. After a period of review by the Council and the public, additional changes may be made to each and presented as a final draft for approval at a later date.
