Hattiesburg, Mississippi – Due to a software error by our third-party printing company, Hattiesburg residents may receive a duplicate water bill in the mail for the most recent billing cycle. The duplicates were mailed on Feb. 14, 2024, to those along Route 1, affecting approximately 7,000 customers.
If you receive a duplicate or reprinted version of the most recent water bill, please disregard the duplicate statement. Your original bill, reflecting your accurate water usage and charges, remains valid. We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may cause and assure you that we are taking steps to rectify the situation promptly to prevent any recurrence in the future.
