Join us for an evening with the talented Adam Trest, illustrator of The Lantern House, written by Erin Napier of the HGTV show, Hometown. The de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection will host an exhibit of Adam’s original artwork, and Adam will give a talk about the process that went into The Lantern House, his first picture book.
Stop by during to view the art exhibit or join us for the reception in the atrium of the Trent Lott Center on USM’s campus. A reception and book signing will take place on Thursday, December 1, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Adam will be in attendance to sign books, which will be available for purchase.
The exhibit of Adam’s original art will be open to the community from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, and Friday, December 2.
