The City of Hattiesburg Fire and Police Departments invite residents to attend a ceremony honoring the nearly 3,000 victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on Sunday at 8 a.m. at Fire Station 1, 810 North Main Street. Following the event, a reception will be held at Java Werks Coffee and Tea, located on Hardy Street across from the main entrance of the University of Southern Mississippi.
