On Thursday, August 2, the City of Hattiesburg’s Urban Forestry Division and the Mississippi Forestry Commission will host a free summer workshop for anyone interested in learning more about trees and urban forestry.
The workshop will take place at Jackie Dole Sherrill Community Center (220 West Front Street), and will last from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
The workshop is free to attend, but registration is required. The schedule for the workshop includes:
